I’m a player-coach design leader who thrives on collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to build experiences people love. My approach is rooted in working backward from research and user needs, then translating insights into creative solutions that also meet business goals. I roll up my sleeves to design alongside my team when it builds credibility and momentum, while also stepping back to mentor, coach, and foster a community around design. I’ve helped grow and lead design teams, and I find the most joy in balancing hands-on contribution with developing others into confident, strategic designers.

Great design happens through collaboration. I build strong, cohesive teams where designers feel supported to push boundaries and own their work. As a player-coach leader, I balance mentorship with process design, creating a culture of trust and alignment across product, engineering, and design.

Execution is where vision becomes reality. I believe in thinking big, testing small, and evolving through data and insights. By shaping clear roadmaps and scalable frameworks, I help teams iterate quickly, bridge strategy with execution, and deliver impactful results.
