I love to collaborate with product people, engineers, and designers to build experiences that people love. My design approach is rooted in working backward from research and user needs. I love digging into data to define customer opportunities and the challenge of finding creative ways to meet business goals. I’ve helped build and lead teams of designers and I find immense joy in mentoring others and creating a community around design.

Beyond mentorship and team alignment, I develop processes that streamline workflows, foster open communication, and ensure design excellence at every stage.
